Embat
Embat is a European financial management and treasury platform with offices in Madrid, Munich, and London. It enables finance teams in mid-sized and large enterprises to manage reconciliation, forecasting, payments, and accounting in real time. Embat delivers real-time visibility and strategic decision making – eliminating up to 75% of manual finance tasks. Its in-house AI analyst, TellMe, acts like a real-time team member – flagging anomalies, predicting cash flow patterns, and offering data-backed recommendations – while keeping humans in control where it matters most.
The platform was founded by two former J.P. Morgan executives, Antonio Berga and Carlos Serrano, along with Tomás Gil, the former technology director at Fintonic Latam. Together, they lead a multidisciplinary team with experience in the financial and technological sectors.
