A new live summer session series by treasuryXL

XLcompass is a new live series where one treasury topic takes centre stage. Each edition brings together experts from treasuryXL partners in a moderated discussion, giving participants the opportunity to compare approaches, practical experience, and solutions around a shared challenge.

The name Compass reflects the purpose of the series. Treasury professionals rarely have just one route to the right decision. By bringing several experts into the same conversation, XLcompass helps attendees compare ideas, exchange experiences, and decide what works best for their own organisation.

For this session, our experts will share their perspectives on building high-performing treasury teams, defining roles and responsibilities, and the skills, behaviors, and mindsets that drive successful treasury professionals. Expect multiple perspectives, direct comparisons, and an interactive discussion.
