Udo brings 25 years of expertise in corporate treasury, consulting, and banking (treasury sales) advisory, with the last 15+ years focused predominantly on senior Corporate Treasury roles. His core experience lies in front-office positions, including Group Treasurer (ad interim), with deep knowledge in financial markets, cash management, FX and interest rate risk management, and Treasury Management Systems.

He has successfully (re)structured treasury departments for organizations ranging from SMEs with EUR 300M turnover to large multinational corporations. This includes selecting and implementing the right banking partners through competitive RfPs and selecting Treasury Management systems. He has a strong focus on automation and achieving cost savings.

With a strategic, highly analytical mindset – combined with a hands-on, creative, and self-starting approach, Udo builds strong relationships at all levels of an organization and is thinking out of the box and cross departmental.
