Semester module Corporate Finance & Valuation

  • An efficient and effective module that integrates the disciplines Corporate Finance, Corporate Valuation and related Corporate Financial Law.
  • Corporate Finance requires knowledge of Corporate Valuation and vice versa. An integrative approach with Financial Law is necessary to have an overview and control in professional practice.
  • The 5-month semester module is designed for the Treasury and Corporate Finance professionals. Take a look at the curriculum here.
  • The lectures are given by experienced corporate finance professionals and academics with professional experience. The corporate finance professionals are affiliated with our partners Zanders, KPMG, and Clairfield M&A advisory.
