MEET Sunny Gutta
Sunny is an accomplished treasury and finance professional with over 15 years experience spanning Treasury, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Investment Management. She currently serves as Director and Assistant Treasurer at Reddit, overseeing critical treasury functions such as capital markets, enterprise risk management, cash operations, and treasury technology transformation. She played a key role in Reddit’s $750 million IPO, spearheading initiatives like bank syndication, deal term negotiations, deal structuring, and IPO proceeds management.
Before Reddit, Sunny held significant positions at General Motors, where she managed multi-billion-dollar credit facilities and implemented innovative financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Earlier in her career, she contributed to investment advisory and venture capital initiatives in India, driving growth and achieving substantial financial outcomes.
A graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with an MBA, Sunny is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. She balances her professional success with community service, volunteering as a puppy raiser for Leader Dogs for the Blind, an organization supporting visually challenged individuals.
