Vacancy | Head of Treasury – Africa

In this role you are the manager of the treasury team based in Africa and the supervisor of the Africa Operations Teams based in Mumbai. You are responsible for the strategic steering of all treasury activities in Africa such as FX Risk, Cash management, Financing, drive the business partnering and build the relationship to banks, partners etc.

The ideal candidate has about 15 years Treasury experience and about 5 years people management experience. Experience in African or Asian countries, as well as in commodities trading is a plus. The ideal candidate has a track record in trade finance and structured products and strong FX management skills. Experience with working in an international environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are a must.

Our client is a multinational energy firm focused on the distribution and retail of fuel products, operating extensively across various regions worldwide, with a strong presence in developing markets.
