Listed company, Netherlands, investor relations manager, €100K, roadshows, service new and existing investors, annual & other regular reporting, from another corporate, consultancy or sell side equity broker.

Tasks Investor Relations Manager

You are in continuous, close contact with the board and lead all communication efforts with both new and existing investors. In order to do your work well, you maintain a warm network with your finance and business colleagues and speak their (accounting) language when it comes to writing annual and other reports. On a regular (monthly) basis you have road shows and other meetings with the board and other colleagues.

Ideal Investor Relations Manager

You are the ideal candidate if you have a solid and relevant track record as investor relations specialist with another corporate or as a consultant. You can work with a variety of investors like PE firms, banks, private investors and can of course communicate with the stock exchange. Perhaps a communicative equity analyst from a brokerage firm can also pick up this role. As a person you are flexible, of course communicative and can work in a sales driven environment. Speaking Dutch would be an asset in this role.

Remuneration and Process
