Senior leadership role in a leading impact investment firm, responsible for developing and implementing a company-wide Treasury strategy focused on ensuring effective liquidity, funding, and risk management. Salary indication €175K-€200K. 50/50 Hybrid, The Hague.
Tasks Director Treasury
As the Treasury Director your responsiblilities include:
- Developing and implementing a company wide treasury strategy on liquidity, ALM, funding, and risk management. Setting clear targets to achieve strategic goals;
- Overseeing all treasury operations, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls;
- Leading a team of highly experienced treasury specialists, fostering a collaborative environment that supports their growth and development, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team;
- Act as the face of the company, communicating with external stakeholders (rating agencies, investors, investment banks, finance institutions);
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports employee development and ensures a skilled and motivated team.
Ideal Director Treasury
The ideal candidate for the Director of Treasury role is a seasoned executive with strong financial expertise and a passion for sustainable development. You have experience managing teams in Treasury or a similar financial function and are an inspiring leader who thrives on building relationships and driving strategic improvements.
Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience in Treasury or financial services (with a strong preference for previous banking experience).
- A strong commitment to sustainability and alignment with the companies mission.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to align Treasury functions with business strategy and implement effective solutions.

Remuneration and Process
The role offers a competitive salary of €175K-€200K (including holiday pay and a 13th month), along with other benefits such as a personal development budget, a flexible working arrangement (50% remote) and 60 days of remote work abroad per year.
