Tasks Funding Executive
You manage senior relationships with banks and financial institutions and represent the group in high-level negotiations. Internally, you work closely with the CFO and senior business leadership, while guiding and prioritizing the work of the VP and supporting team members.
The role is execution-heavy, with significant capital requirements linked to major developments, and requires constant presence with financing partners across key US locations.
Ideal Funding Executive
You bring a proven track record in leading large and complex funding processes in a corporate (non‑advisory, non-banking) environment. You built your track record in asset-heavy companies and have a track record in funding in companies with a non-investment grade rating.
You are comfortable taking responsibility for (multi‑)billion funding programs and thrive in situations where speed, judgment and ownership matter more than process. You combine strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset and are credible with senior banking counterparts. You are highly mobile, resilient, and motivated by building something rather than maintaining structure.

Remuneration and Process
Total compensation is highly competitive and positioned at upper treasury leadership levels within the US market, including discretionary bonus potential. The salary can go up to $1.5 million.
