VP Treasury and Corporate Finance – New York

In a very dynamic and demanding environment, you support the SVP and act as a central execution point between internal stakeholders (CFO office, legal, FP&A, development teams) and external parties (relationship banks, financial institutions, legal advisors). You are hands-on in US DCM and bank financing transactions and ensure that structuring, documentation, timing and execution are tightly managed.

With significant capital requirements linked to large asset developments (data centers, real estate and infrastructure), you make sure that nothing falls between strategic intent and transaction delivery. Juniors support you operationally, but you remain fully accountable for day-to-day progress with banks and counterparties.

You are an ideal candidate when your track record shows strong exposure to treasury operations and risk, combined with direct involvement in DCM and large bilateral or club financing transactions. A substantial part of your career was on the corporate side with capital-intensive companies. You understand companies that are fixed-asset-driven You perform well in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments and are comfortable dealing with senior bankers on a frequent basis.

You are highly driven, execution-oriented and commercially minded. You are based in the US, and flexibility to travel extensively (up to 2 out of 3 weeks) is essential.

The treasury and corporate finance team is expanding rapidly to support substantial funding requirements.

Remuneration is highly competitive and aligned with senior treasury roles in US listed firms, including a discretionary bonus. Indication of the salary is $1 million. Further details are available to qualified and interested candidates.
