MEET Richard Elliot
Richard is Managing Director of Sales, Europe, at Ripple Treasury, where he leads go-to-market strategy and execution for advanced treasury and liquidity solutions across the region. He adopts a value-based, consultative approach, working closely with corporate treasurers to assess operating models, payment flows, and liquidity structures, and to define how best to prepare for the future of treasury.
At Ripple, Richard focuses on bridging traditional treasury practices with next-generation financial infrastructure, combining established capabilities with emerging technologies such as real-time payments and digital assets. This enables organisations to unlock tangible benefits, including more efficient cross-border payments, enhanced liquidity visibility, and improved capital efficiency.
Richard collaborates extensively with clients, partners, and product teams to solve complex treasury challenges, from fragmented cash positions to limited real-time insight, translating technical capabilities into practical, scalable solutions tailored to each organisation’s needs.
