Valerie Daminet
European Sales Director
After working in derivatives trading and the FX industry, Valerie joined TreasurySpring in August 2024 as the European Sales Director. Originally from Belgium, she is fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Outside of work, Valerie enjoys traveling and staying active through tennis and padel.
Arjan Hes
European Sales Director
Arjan started his career in with one of the first offshore Money Market Funds at Fidelity Investments, before getting involved with the team setting up BlackRock’s Money Market Fund sales business in Europe in the early 2000s. After his time at BlackRock he spent 2 years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, before moving to his first FinTech employer, MyTreasury during the Global Financial Crisis. There he helped build the business from a small, $800m MMF trading platform to over 80bn in AUM in 8 years using his MMF experience pre, and post crisis. Arjan is passionate about Corporate Treasury; particularly the cash management discipline. At TreasurySpring he is responsible for business development in Europe, with a current focus on the Benelux. Arjan is an avid Formula 1 fan, and enjoys European Road trips.
