With experience across multiple regions, Michael brings a truly global perspective. He is particularly drawn to the commodity sector for its dynamic and macroeconomic nature.

During his tenure in the Netherlands and Singapore, Michael advised and structured a broad range of trade finance solutions to support physical commodity traders worldwide. More recently, he led the U.S. commodities division for ABN AMRO Clearing in Chicago, where he successfully steered the business through exceptional market volatility.

Michael has a proven track record in managing counterparty risk, optimizing working capital, and aligning funding strategies with commercial objectives, making him a trusted advisor to corporate treasurers and CFOs.
