Irma founded Ilfa in 1995, driven by her conviction that financing can and should be more independent, strategic and sustainable. With over 30 years of experience, she supports
companies and (social) organisations in designing bank-independent financing strategies and effectively organising their treasury.

Her strength lies in solving complex financial challenges that require combining and layering different forms of financing. Irma brings structure to financial analysis, provides insight into financing capacity and translates strategy into practical, implementable solutions. She also identifies and integrates ESG opportunities to create long-term, sustainable value.
