Chris van Dijl is the founder of Cugavadi, a firm focussing on consultancy and training in corporate treasury and transaction banking with offices in Dubai and Charlotte, NC

Chris has a long career as in corporate treasury spreading over 20 years and covering The Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States and the Middle East. Before starting his consultancy & training company he spent over 15 years in corporate treasury working his way up from Treasury Analyst to Group Treasurer. As a corporate practitioner he has established new treasury functions, set-up the first In-House Bank in the Middle East and won the award for best small/medium treasury team of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT).

Chris is also the former global trainer for CertICM qualification of The Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) and is considered an expert in working capital management, cash & liquidity management, treasury operations, and treasury technology.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics from the International School of Economics Rotterdam (ISER) and a Master’s degree in International Business & Management from the University of Westminster – Westminster Business School. He is an Associate Member of the ACT (AMCT), holds the Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM), is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Finance & Treasury Professional (CFTP) and speaks Dutch, English, French, Spanish, and German.
