Tasks Goup Treasurer / Lead Debt Funding

While in close contact with the board and other business leaders, you will be the deal captain in multi billion debt transactions. You structure and negotiate debt transactions with prominent global banks and other funding sources. You will travel up to 50% of your time. Of course you will also manage and be supported by your team who are very skilled in treasury operations and risk management. First tasks mentioned will dominate your to-do list.

Ideal Group Treasurer

It is an absolute must you have a track record leading debt transactions in Europe and/or the US and you worked on the corporate side. We ask you to include information about this track record. We will not respond to candidates who do not present these must-haves.

This is a claiming position in a very multi-cultural environment. You understand different environments require different behaviours. As a person you can be the analytical deal structurer, the detail oriented contract reader, the powerfull negotiator and the smooth communicator.

Our client is an asset heavy market leader with origins in the Middle East, a strong balance sheet and an agressive, international expansion strategy. This strategy includes extensive debt financing through bond issuance or other instruments. The company culture can be described as entrepreneurial, extremely ambitious with employees with extreme dedication.

Remuneration and Process

The total remuneration for this role can go up to the upper six figure salary with the base beyond mid. In Dubai gross is net.

The first stages in this recruitment process will be video interviews, the final personal meetings in Dubai
