As the Treasury IT Change Manager, you will be responsible for the global treasury systems landscape, ensuring the optimal performance and integration of several Treasury Systems and other electronic banking and payment tools. You’ll work closely with the Financial Operations community, Global IT, and ERP implementation partners to improve system connectivity and automation. Your role will involve everything from business analysis and risk mitigation to driving process improvements and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Tasks Treasury IT Change Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the Treasury Systems Landscape.
  • Perform detailed business analysis and translate requirements into technical specifications for developers.
  • Enhance system integration with non-treasury platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Initiate and lead automation projects to improve process efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, training materials, and documentation for treasury-related systems.

Ideal Treasury IT Change Manager

As the ideal candidate, you hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or a related field, and you have 2 to 5 years of experience in Treasury. You have worked with complex systems and data integration before. While coding skills are not required, you have a strong affinity for IT systems and a passion for process improvement. You have excellent communication skills in English and approach your work with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Remuneration and Process

The budget for this position is around €60-65K, depending on your experience.
