Tasks Sales Director Treasury Tech

As a sales director, your primary task and goal is bringing the market share in The Netherlands of our client to the next level. Growth is what you will establish! Based upon the market analysis of you and your international colleagues, you write and execute a plan with elements like personal meetings, events, social media, partner management and tooling.

You lead the small Dutch team by example, take care you know what is happening in the market and how tech will evolve. You connect with the rest of the international organisation in order to present your clients the latest developments but also support your colleagues to make the solution even better.

Ideal Sales Director Treasury Tech

Essential in this role is that you are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record. You know that personal presentation and listening skills make or break success, as does playing the negotiation game right. Of course you sold financial software before, preferably a TMS or related solution. You served large corporate clients, can manage various stakeholders in parallel and understand sales cycles can be long.

Speaking Dutch and people management experience is considered a plus.

Remuneration and Process

The expected base salary for this roles is between €100K and €120K with a substantial, success related bonus. Of course regular fringe benefits like a company car are part of the package.
