Exciting Senior #Treasury Manager position in a two person Treasury team that’s still growing. Build and manage European #treasuryoperations, driving improvements and further professionalisation of the treasury department. Salary indication €100K, #Rotterdam area.
Your tasks
Working in a small team you are responsible for a broad range of treasury tasks. The European treasury function is still young, so there are still a lot of challenges and opportunities to further improve and professionalise the department. Together with the Treasury Director you will be responsible for:
- Managing European wide cash management structure;
- Setting up new treasury policies;
- Supporting transition of newly acquired companies;
- Advising operating companies on treasury topics;
- Building relationships with (international) Tax/Legal/FP&A and Treasury teams;
- Develop risk strategies (FX, IR);
- Driving continuous improvement of Finance/Treasury processes (TMS Kyriba/IHB/Automation)
(In the future you will be also be guiding a Treasury Analyst they hope to hire later this year.)
Ideal Senior Treasury Manager
The ideal Senior Treasury Manager has a relevant BSc/MSc degree and 8+ years experience in Treasury. Personality & mindset are at least as important as treasury knowledge and experience. The company is growing fast due to mergers and M&A’s. An important task in this role is embedding these new acquisitions within the existing treasury structure. To do this, good communication skills are a must. As a person you are pro-active, steadfast and adaptive. Speaking English is a must, Dutch is a plus. The treasury team is growing, expectation is that another (junior) colleague will join the team later this year.

Remuneration and Process
