Our client. is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to strengthen and professionalize its treasury function during a key transformation phase. You will be the operational lead on cash management, work closely with group finance, and play a pivotal role in shaping future improvements. This is a hands-on, full-time position based at the head office near Utrecht, with growth opportunities in the next few years.
Ideal Senior Treasury Manager
You are a seasoned treasury professional with a hands-on mentality, capable of navigating complexity and improving structures. You thrive in a dynamic environment, have the gravitas to work with senior leadership, and are driven by results and integrity.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury (consulting background is a plus);
- Strong expertise in cash management, funding, and treasury operations;
- Experience with TMS;
- Skilled in intercompany financing and financial instruments;
- Able to lead projects and coach junior team members;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.

Our client is a large international listed company, located in the middle of the Netherlands. They provide customized solutions for their clients, all over the world. The company culture can be described as dedicated, innovative and sustainable. There is only a small treasury team reporting directly to the CFO.
Remuneration and Process
The salary range for this position is around € 95K. With room in the budget for the ideal candidate. We have a more detailed job description available for interested and qualified candidates.
