Senior Product Manager – Treasury @ Bitvavo

As a Senior Product Manager for this team, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape a strategically critical product and drive key initiatives that directly impact the company’s success.

You’ll work closely with Finance and Treasury teams, as well as other parts of the business, to align short-term objectives with long-term goals.

The Accounting and Reconciliation team sits within the Treasury Tech domain and is responsible for real-time internal ledger accounting and the automatic reconciliation of crypto assets and transactions across the platform.

How will you make an impact?

  • Define and drive the product strategy for your team, ensuring alignment with the broader product vision
  • Understand the needs of internal customers in the Finance department and other stakeholders who rely on Treasury Tech deliverables
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and achievements
  • Monitor and analyze data to make informed, data-driven product decisions
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap and help set priorities for the team
  • Support the Engineering Manager in ensuring timely delivery of new features and product enhancements

How will you be successful?

  • A proven track record of leading product teams that deliver measurable impact aligned with company OKRs and KPIs
  • 5+ years of experience in digital Product Management, ideally within FinTech or fast-paced tech environments
  • Strong technical acumen- you’re comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints
  • Experience in the financial industry, particularly in treasury or accounting, is highly preferred
  • A detail-oriented, thorough, and pragmatic approach to product development
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions and prioritize effectively
