What impact will you make?

In your role as (Senior) Manager Treasury Advisor, you lead, grow, and develop a team of professionals with involvement in various projects. You will be part of a cross-functional team and will be responsible for project management, client facing tasks and project-related deliverables, solutioning challenges with the client, directing on-time quality delivery of work products

How do you do this?

You have a focus on strategy, operations and M&A projects and have experience or affinity with SAP and/or other Treasury Management Systems. You will help Deloitte clients as a consultant on strategic projects, such as Treasury transformations, M&A and operational excellence, mostly for both mid-market and large multinational corporations. You bring expertise in Treasury Consulting to further grow the Advisory practice at Deloitte Netherlands and to lead, guide and train team members.

How do you do this?

  • Work together with corporate clients (mid-market and large organizations) on strategic, tactical and operational aspects of Treasury, particularly on lifetime events such as M&A and Treasury transformation.
  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of Treasury engagements whilst ensuring the highest delivery quality to our clients
  • Promote a safe environment for junior staff, by continuously coaching them on projects and mentoring them in their professional advancement
  • Lead and drive business development initiatives aimed at maintaining and growing Deloitte’s position in the treasury advisory and consulting market
  • Contribute to the development of the further growth in the Dutch market by collaborating Deloitte’s internal Global Treasury network as well as through your connections and relationships

Assignments will be performed remotely, on-site or a hybrid of the two options.

  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
  • Experienced professional within the industry, having time spent with equivalent role and title
  • Work in delivering Treasury projects (preferably in Consulting)
  • Proactive team player with an open and flexible communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • The ambition to further develop your knowledge of Treasury advancements and curious in related content knowledge areas such as finance (finance transformations, M&A finance)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
