Due to a next step in her career, this vacancy opens up for a Treasury Specialist. To allow time for finding the right permanent candidate for this position, my corporate client is looking for an interim Treasury Specialist for 4 days a week (32 hours). The assignment will be for at least 3 months, with a possible extension. The budget is around €80 per hour, and working one day from home is an option.
Profile of the Interim Treasury Specialist
The Treasury Analyst is a key user and first point of contact for the organization’s treasury systems. They oversee the maintenance and operational functionality of the systems while supporting internal stakeholders with bank account management, compliance, and reporting needs.
Ideal Interim Treasury Specialist
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and a passion for treasury operations. Knowledge and experience of the whole scale of Treasury Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions are an advantage.
Required Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Finance;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience;
• Basic knowledge of treasury management systems (ITS or similar) and electronic banking systems;
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written);
• Hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail;
• High level of integrity.

Remuneration and Process
This is a project of at least 3 months. The expected hourly fee for the candidate is around € 80.-. Start date is as soon as possible.
