FX Data Analyst (Product) @ Kantox

At Kantox, we are looking for a FX Data Analyst (Product) to join our amazing Product Strategy team and help us to make our Clients’ dashboards shine, build strong business cases together with our Sales team, and create tools to bring innovation and efficiency in the processes.

The FX Data Analyst in Kantox blends product development with data analysis, offering a unique position to learn, which means great growth potential and many future opportunities.

The main goals of the role are:

  • Act as a Product Owner for our clients’ Power BI dashboards. We want ALL our clients to have access to dashboards to track the performance and the value of our automation software. You’ll formalise the go-to-market strategy, streamline the process, write specifications for the Data and the PowerBi teams, keep stakeholders in the loop, and coordinate the deployment of standard dashboards to as many clients as possible. By understanding clients’ needs in detail, you’ll also help shape our product development. Post-launch, you’ll lead quality checks, train teams, and track usage metrics to ensure everyone gets the most out of our awesome dashboards.
  • Play a key role in the Commercial Team, supporting in the initial phase the creation of business cases, i.e. providing insightful simulations through the internal tool and ad-hoc analyses. You’ll collect and preprocess data from prospects, generate simulations, and deliver key KPIs to assess strategy effectiveness. Once you master the simulations, you’ll shift focus to training and supporting the Sales team, empowering them to run simulations independently and assisting with the most complex and stimulating cases.
  • Dive into prospects’ FX exposure and trading data to deliver game-changing insights and tools for the Sales cycle. You’ll exploit your tech skills into powerful tools, with the Bloomberg terminal as your secret weapon for top-notch analysis.

Must haves:

  • Strong academic background in engineering, finance, economics or business administration with a relevant master’s degree or similar
  • Knowledge and interest about trading and/or foreign exchange (FX) products
  • Proficiency with MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI (or similar) interface and features
  • Basic SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Basic understanding of Python/R syntax and data structures.
  • Proficient in English.
