Tasks Director Corporate Finance & Treasury
Before listing tasks, it is important to underline that these will be executed in a high octane environment with very complex, large transactions, but also periods of relative stability. As a director, you report to the group treasurer, act as his deputy and, quoting him, “will be put in charge of many complex projects that I cannot find the time for”. You functionally lead a small team of two.
Given the company you work for (see below), a portion of your work is about managing the treasury of a multi billion company, with an emphasis on the complexity of risk (FX, IR), balance sheet management and funding. A varying portion, could go up to 100% of your time, will be on divestments, carve-outs, refinancing, and other strategic tasks.
Ideal Director Corporate Finance & Treasury
You are the ideal candidate for this position if you thrive in a complex and high octane environment. You have a solid track record in corporate treasury and corporate finance, especially in complex tasks around markets and transactions. Most likely you have an MSc degree, ideally with a quantitative component and/or a CFA
