A leading European provider of sustainable solutions is seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to focus on external financing, intercompany loans, and cash flow optimization within a dynamic environment.
It is an independent role, but also one in which you collaborate with the Head of Finance. This hands-on, full-time position is mostly remote, with possibly one day in the office, and offers growth opportunities, with a salary around €90K.
Tasks Corporate Finance Specialist
As Corporate Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the group’s multi-billion debt platform
- Reviewing and monitoring LMA loan documentation and financial covenants
- Administering intercompany loan agreements and credit-based interest pricing
- Supporting cash flow improvements and day-to-day liquidity management
- Acting as a liaison for banks, investors, and internal legal counsels
- Optimizing revolving credit facilities and opening/closing bank accounts
- Supporting strategic refinancing projects and long-term debt modelling
- You will operate independently but closely with the Head of Finance.
Ideal Corporate Finance Specialist
As Corporate Finance Specialist, you have between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in treasury or corporate finance. Proven knowledge of LMA documentation is essential for this role. You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while taking initiative. You are comfortable with direct and concise communication, and you thrive in an environment where clarity and speed matter. Fluency in English is required, while Dutch and/or German are nice-to-haves. You appreciate a professional yet informal culture where autonomy and ownership are encouraged.

Remuneration and Process
