Internship Learning Areas:
- Trade Processing and Authorization:
* Oversee and control the authorization of deals in FX, MM, SEC, and DX.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for deal capture. - Collateral Management and Trade Event Monitoring:
* Contribute to collateral management activities.
* Monitor trade events within the department. - Process Improvement and Project Collaboration:
* Review and enhance processes for improved functionality.
* Participate in projects for system and process development. - Daily Reconciliation and Transaction Monitoring:
* Conduct daily reconciliation of nostro, suspense, and depositary accounts.
* Reconcile transactions from external sources and counterparties. - Settlement and Corporate Actions:
* Settle deals handled by Treasury Services.
* Investigate and resolve mismatched deals.
* Participate in building controls for Corporate Action processing. - Cash Management and FX Netting:
* Follow up on CLS deals and manage nostro cash flow.
* Prepare cash flow projection reports.
* Monitor trade matching process for FX/MM deals. - Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
* Manage the ISDA agreements process.
* Support the implementation of change projects.
* Monitor and perform daily transaction reporting to external parties.
* Maintain standard data for derivatives contracts, exchanges, margin rates, and Counterparty TCIDs.
