People manager role in a global tech company, leading a small team responsible for European treasury operations.

Perfect opportunity for a senior treasury professional looking to make a move to people management! 6+ years of relevant work experience, knowledge of Kyriba is a must! Base salary indication €90K, location Amsterdam (hybrid).

Tasks Treasury Team Lead

As the Treasury Team Lead of a small treasury team, leading 3 treasury professionals, you will oversee treasury operations for their European entities with a focus on: cash flow forecasting, cash & bank relationship management and further improvement of their TMS (Kyriba) use. In addition you will streamline treasury operations processes and lead related projects.

Because Kyriba was implemented last year, it’s important in this role to have experience using Kyriba, as you will be guiding the team in their usage of the system.

Ideal Treasury Team Lead

You have a relevant BSc or MSc and 6+ years experience in treasury operations. Having experience with using Kyriba as a TMS is a must! Next to relevant treasury operations experience, the personality of the final candidate is key. Our client is looking for somebody with drive, who shows ownership, has good people management skills and a respectful calm way of communication.

Remuneration and Process

The maximum salary indication for this position is €90K with market level fringe benefits. Our client has a hybrid working model (minimum of 2 days per week in the office).
