Tasks Senior Treasury Manager

You report to the group treasurer and will be responsible for managing daily liquidity, banking relationships, and treasury operations, while closely collaborating with group finance and the businesses on funding, FX risk, and cash flow topics. Together with the CFO and strategic ambitions at play, your impact will be visible across the group.

Ideal Senior Treasury Manager

You are a seasoned treasury professional with a hands-on mentality, capable of navigating complexity and improving structures. You thrive in a dynamic environment, have the gravitas to work with senior leadership, and are driven by results and integrity.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury (consulting background is a plus);
• Strong expertise in cash management, funding, and treasury operations;
• Experience with TMS;
• Skilled in intercompany financing and financial instruments;
• Able to lead projects and coach junior team members;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.

Our client is a large international listed company, located in the middle of the Netherlands. They provide customized solutions for their clients, all over the world. The company culture can be described as dedicated, innovative and sustainable. There is only a small treasury team reporting directly to the CFO.

Remuneration and Process 

The salary range for this position is around € 95K. With room in the budget for the ideal candidate. We have a more detailed job description available for interested and qualified candidates.
