Tasks Treasury Manager
You will have to balance running the daily operations while building a professional treasury team. Without being comprehensive this is about:
- Treasury operations including implementing a TMS, designing procedures, managing a small team and connecting with the rest of the finance organisation;
- Being on top of treasury metrics and reporting about this to the board and PE;
- Risk management including overseeable market risk, complex factoring and other working capital topics.
Ideal Treasury Manager
You are looking for a position that enables you to make a real impact and know you are ready to deliver. Of course you can show you cover (most of) the treasury tasks. More important, you understand that in order to be successful, you have to be a quick thinker and know different audiences need a different communication style. You show ownership and are not afraid to speak up.
This position is not only for experienced corporate treasurers but could also be an excellent stepping stone for a treasury consultant who wants to step to the other side of the table, currently operating at a senior consultant or manager level.
Our client is well-known in the Dutch market, serving millions of clients. Recently the organisation has become independent in PE ownership.
Remuneration and Process
Indication for the base salary for this position is €80K, there is further budget for candidates who can already present people management experience. For candidates who qualify and are interested, further information is available. This search was started before and put on hold due to organisational developments.
