You will be part of the central Finance team, which consists of specialists with wide-ranging backgrounds, nationalities and competencies, mainly based in Amsterdam (Netherlands) or Gdansk (Poland). You will be working in a very dynamic environment. The Treasury function within the Financial team plays a central role in liquidity, funding and financial risk management for the company.
The Treasury Analyst will make sure that all the treasury data is maintained and reconciled correctly in the treasury management systems. The Reconciliation of bank statements takes place in the Treasury Management System (ION Citi Financials) and the bookkeeping of all treasury operations consist of payments, FX deals, IHB activities. You will prepare payments in multi-banking platform (TIS) and prepare all reporting routines, collaborating with accounting and FP&A teams on reconciling differences.
You will assist in the payment process and participate in liquidity and FX management, first at the technical level and later will be involved more in project management and participate in treasury projects.
You have excellent academic results, strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Excel as well as a good understanding of bookkeeping. No specific experience with Treasury management systems or trading platforms is required, but basic knowledge of payment mechanisms, FX and MM is preferred. You are detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy and dependability. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written and have a proven ‘getting-things-done-mentality’ -,and are used to work in high speed and agile environment and you bring a positive and high-energy attitude to the team.
