Your main task is building the business case and make it successful:

Research and define the market;
Build the proposition;
Enthuse your internal and external network;
Pitch in order to land the assignment;
Manage the team and multiple projects.

Experience has shown that candidates who do well can have different backgrounds: corporate treasurer with a strong transition experience, banker with a broad product scope, fintech and of course from competition. You are very analytical & operate at an academic level, you make things happen, manage multiple projects and sell your ideas to in- and external stakeholders.
