MSD is looking for a Specialist documentation and compliance Treasury
The department
MSD’s global Treasury Center is located in Haarlem, the Netherlands. GLM serves as the corporation’s in-house bank and performs four main functions:
It acts as a pool header for the global cash pools (investing excess funds and providing liquidity when needed), it provides intercompany funding to affiliated entities that cannot participate in a pool, it provides cross-border, third-party payment and receipt processing and it provides intercompany netting functions. As part of these functions, GLM engages in:
- Foreign exchange trading (including swaps and spot activity);
- Investing
- Treasury Platform Operation and Sustainment
- Financial reporting and Tax Filings for the treasury entities
The position
Reporting into the Sr. specialist documentation and compliance Treasury
The role will be responsible for:
- Supporting the maintenance of the global internal and external documentation requirement. Amongst others but not limited to KYC, AML, signatory management.
- Platform access right maintenance
- Preparation of compliance reporting
- Provide support with the implementation of global treasury initiatives
- Participate in cross functional project teams (internal/external)
- Initiate and lead cross functional project teams (internal and external)
Your Profile
- Operational experience in a cash management treasury position with experience in large scale KYC/AML processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Structured and able to manage own workload to meet project plan deliverables
- University degree in Business Economics, Finance or Accountancy
